Kilgrave
Kilgrave has a very specific powerset centered around coercion and control. If you're not aware, he uses a virus that spreads through the air and the power of suggestion (he's very charming) to control people into doing what he wants. He says it, they do it, but only if and when the pheromones take effect.
What does this mean for interaction?
If Kilgrave says something to another character, I'm leaving it down to the writer/player/mun delete as appropriate to decide how to react. Most normal humans will be distraught if they can't comply, but many people he might interact with on F-list may have some sort of immunity. This is not a mind control power like telepathy, so telepathic blocks don't have an effect on it, but immunity to toxins, or a rapid metabolism, might mean shorter to no response. I will deal with the consequences.

Jess may have been his first love an obsession, but she walked away and left him.
Second time, he left her. It may not have been obvious, but when he came back, Patsy caught his attention.
They struck up a deal that gives them both what they want. Just pray he doesn't alter it further.

✔ Snark (you will get shit from Kilgrave and his writer - it's not personal, it means he likes you).

✘ I am working on my familiarity with the character. I may make mistakes. I am open to constructive criticism (“you're wrong because X, you should have done Y because Z”) but will ignore criticism without merit (“you're wrong” and “you suck”).
