Frank Castle

Frank spent years in the Marines, in particular as a Scout Sniper, so is an accomplished marksman with multiple different weapons from handguns, through SMGs, shotguns, assault rifles, to sniper rifles and machine guns. He adheres to the mantra of “one shot, one kill,” and his skill made criminals and investigators alike believe his work was that of a group, rather than an individual.

Along with his marksmanship training, Frank is a master of armed and unarmed combat in close quarters. He is equally lethal whether he's using a form of mixed martial arts that he's honed over the years or knife combat that includes deadly slashes and thrusts. It doesn't matter whether it's against a single combatant, a group, or even getting ambushed, he invariably comes out on top in the end.

Frank has shown his ability to lead a unit under pressure, taking over when his commanding officer went down in the line of duty and clearing a landing zone single-handedly. Along with his marksmanship, these abilities have confused opponents and those investigating the results of his actions, confusing him for a group or army rather than a single operator.

Not everyone ends up on the wrong side of Frank's vengeance and temper, sometimes he takes someone under his wing to better them. Amy Bendix gets to see the softer side of the Punisher.

✘ Frank Castle, AKA The Punisher, is a canon character from Marvel; this version specifically from the Netflix MCU series (Earth-199999).
✘ Bernthal is 5'11”, where Frank is 6'3“ (there's a scene during S2E02 that shows this). This also applies to weight, taking such from Earth-616.

✘ “Usually Dominant” - this does not mean “sometimes submissive.” An approach that has a submissive Frank will be turned down. It is intended to show a little flexibility in personality.
✘ This Frank will grow and evolve as I watch the series, read comics, and roleplay him, so there will be some diversion from canon at some point.
✘ I am working on my familiarity with the character. I may make mistakes. I am open to constructive criticism (“you're wrong because X, you should have done Y because Z”) but will ignore criticism without merit (“you're wrong” and “you suck”).
