Bucky Barnes

❄ As a sniper, Bucky likes high places he can look down on others. It helps with observation/spotting and is a habit he's had since the War. It continued through his time as The Winter Soldier, enabling him to get the drop on others, literally in some cases!
❄ Not exactly claustrophobic, but would prefer not to deal with small spaces if he can help it. He's crawled through more vents than he can remember, and that cryotube isn't the most fun of places to be stored.
❄ Bucky can speak multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, and more, and while he can't speak French, he can get by when it comes to understanding it. Unfortunately, the mun is only fluent in English, so will be using Google Translate. Please bear with poor translations and accept the intent to entertain/have fun.

✔ Story over pure smut (but it doesn't hurt to ask; smut in context is fine).
✔ Public first, then private (although playing in public may sometimes be an issue).
✔ Story consistency (bruises/injuries/experiences within an RP will stick around, among other things).
✔ Snark (you will get shit from Bucky and his writer - it's not personal, it means he likes you).

✘ I have seen as far as Endgame.
✘ This Bucky will grow and evolve as I watch the movies, read comics, and roleplay him, so there will be some diversion from canon at some point. Loose canon is best canon.
✘ I am working on my familiarity with the character. I may make mistakes. I am open to constructive criticism (“you're wrong because X, you should have one Y because Z”) but will ignore criticism without merit (“you're wrong” and “you suck”).
✘ Yes, there was a time I said I would never make a Bucky. It's not the first time I've eaten my words and changed my mind, but probably my most vocal. Hopefully I do him justice.
