He was trained as a Robin, and as Red Hood he uses his abilities to run down criminals and escape capture. He's not going to give Tim or Dick anything to be afraid of, but he'll give them a run for their money.[hr][big]【𝔻𝕣𝕚𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕘】[/big]
Well versed in a number of vehicles he favors muscle cars. He has even been known to pilot both boats and helicopters, having been trained during his time in the Middle East.

Intensive training with Batman, the Lazarus pit, and plenty of practice in the field make Jason a force to be reckoned with. He outclasses most people in one way or another, but his best assets are his strength, reflexes, and durability.

Originally trained by Batman with the Batarangs, he later increased his skill with firearms and learned from many masters how to kill a target with various weapons, although his preferred choice of firearms is paired pistols. Has been shown to have precision and accuracy on par with Deadshot. If he misses you, he meant to miss.

Not quite as smart as Batman, having been trained by him, but what he lacks in book smarts he makes up for in street smarts. He has shown his capabilities as the Red Hood. He also knows a few languages to a high level, including French, German and Italian, but shows weakness with Russian.

Despite preferring to work at range, Jason has been extensively trained in various martial arts, initially by Batman, then after his resurrection by masters across the globe. He has been proven to be a master of several forms including Capoeira, Karate, and Muay Thai. He combines these to his benefit, focusing on brutality, strength, and speed. He is even versed in the use of swords and knives, being able to more than hold his own during armed close combat.

Although he can be rather childish, he spends long hours scouting his targets to assure they deserve his brand of vengeance justice. He has a strong grasp of police and military-grade strategies and tactics.

Capable of breaching even the strongest security, Jason was trained initially by Batman, then across the world after his resurrection. He has shown enough prowess to track down and scout Batgirl's hideout.

【ℍ𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕖: ℝ𝕖𝕕 ℍ𝕠𝕠𝕕】
Red Hood has hardware on a par with Batman, courtesy of Talia al Ghul. That means his domino has a full communication suite and Starlite night vision capability, while the helmet has greatly enhanced capabilities including a full Head-Up Display, sound enhancement, and most recently, a voice changer. The rest of his gear consists of armored clothing (Kevlar weave, leather, other flexible materials) that while bulky, give him full type IIIA protection (good enough for pistols not using armor-piercing rounds) across the body while not limiting his maneuverability. He also uses a mixture of guns and blades as necessary, with his default loadout including a pair of 1911s, a 16“ machete at his back and a 3” knife strapped to his ankle.

🔴 Jason is straight. Although there is a large amount implied in the comics that he's bi or gay, I don't believe he is. Do not give me crap for choosing to play him this way.
🔴 Doesn't like small spaces (claustrophobic). This glitch is to do with how he came back from the dead. He remembers being stuck in a coffin for so long. This implies the cosmic event that brought him back, but I prefer to go with Talia bringing him back to life and him having the consciousness of being in a coffin.
🔴 His use of humor hides how broken he is as a person. He resents Batman for not avenging his death and Nightwing for avenging Tim and not him. Along with PTSD around explosives and crowbars in other people's hands, this makes him twitchier than usual around those people. Humor is his way to hide it.
🔴 Along with his PTSD he now has coulrophobia; a fear of clowns. This is courtesy of his torture at the Joker's hands and means he may lash out without warning at anything that reminds him of the face painted crazy people. It might be possible to get beyond this fear given time.
🔴 Harley and Duela (in Joker's Daughter form) are both so related to the Joker as to be associated in Jason's head. Pre-“fall” Harleen would be fine to deal with, but Jason's original death happened before Harleen existed as a character, so this Jason hasn't had any contact with her prior to being crazyfied (although I believe she had some crazy to start with) by the Joker.
🔴 Doesn't fear death. He's been dead once and he came back, which makes him reckless and overconfident. The fact he's still alive and kicking gives him reason to believe in his abilities and keep pushing his luck.
🔴 The helmet explosive is like a suicide pill; it's there for when he gets captured and doesn't want to go through the abuse and torture he went through with Joker. The hell of being brought back to life somewhat crazier than he died would be another good reason.
🔴 That said, he will also use the helmet explosive as a weapon, which includes using it as a threat when someone attempts to steal it. He will use everything in his possession to his advantage, and if that means using the helmet, he will do so.
🔴 Jason looks and sounds like Jenson Ackles (Face claim and voice actor for Under the Red Hood) Note that the stats listed for this character are those of Jensen Ackles, rather than the canon stats from comics. Note that this also means no “skunk stripe”, but I'm willing to have this in private RP.

✘ Jason can speak multiple languages, his writer cannot, so will use Google Translate if he's speaking a foreign language. The writer is also aware that some people can't read/write languages, so will often add a footnote with English translation so everyone can join in on the fun.
